Our sign language interpreter services can help bridge the communication gap between you and your Deaf or hard of hearing clients and patients. Let’s make accessibility effortless, together.
Request an InterpreterFor more than three decades, ASL Interpreter Services™ has supported healthcare providers, schools, businesses, and legal professionals across Pennsylvania by providing professional on-site and virtual sign language interpreting. Our qualified interpreters are thoroughly vetted, highly experienced, and deeply connected to American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf culture.
From your first inquiry to the final assignment, we'll guide you through every step to make sure things go smoothly. Whether you need on-site interpreters or video remote interpreting, we make the process simple and stress-free for you.
Clear communication is essential in healthcare. When Deaf or hard-of-hearing patients aren't fully understood, it can lead to missed symptoms, incorrect treatments, and serious medical errors. Having a qualified sign language interpreter in place helps prevent these risks and ensures your patients receive the care they deserve.
Our certified medical interpreters work closely with your staff to make sure nothing gets lost in translation. From check-in to follow-up, we help your team create a welcoming, accessible environment where every patient feels heard and supported.
In educational settings, sign language interpreters are key to making sure Deaf and hard-of-hearing students can fully access learning. From classroom instruction to school events and academic support services, our interpreters help students stay connected and engaged throughout their day.
We provide educational ASL interpreting for elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as colleges and universities. Our goal is to support equal access to education by making sure every student has the tools to participate and succeed.
Every successful training session, meeting, interview, or workshop starts with people being able to understand each other. Our certified ASL interpreters help Deaf and hard-of-hearing employees and attendees stay engaged, informed, and part of the conversation.
We also support your planning process for conferences and internal events by helping with tech coordination, room layout, and accessibility prep. It all comes together to create a smooth, connected experience for everyone involved.
Legal interpreting calls for more than language skills. It takes focused training, a strong grasp of legal terminology, and the ability to perform under pressure. Our professional sign language translators are prepared to work in demanding environments, including police interviews, depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings.
We make it possible for attorneys, clients, judges, and witnesses to understand each other clearly throughout the legal process. When communication is accurate, access to justice becomes possible.

Danielle I.Some quick answers to common questions about our services.
If your organization serves even one Deaf individual in a setting covered by the ADA, you're legally required to provide interpreting services. Even in situations where the law may not apply, offering communication access is still a smart and inclusive practice.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that protects people with disabilities from discrimination in places like workplaces, schools, transportation, and public venues. It also sets clear standards for providing communication access and accommodations.
For assignments lasting more than two hours, we'll need to schedule two interpreters. This is due to the physical and mental focus required to interpret accurately and effectively over time.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, Zelle, and checks. School districts and government agencies may submit purchase orders. Please make all payments to ASL PA agency directly, not to the interpreter.
We offer some of the most affordable sign language interpreter rates around. If you receive a lower quote from another agency, we'll match it within 5%. Just remember: accuracy and professionalism should always come first when booking accessibility services.
You can fill out our short request form, give us a call, or email us at hello@aslpa.com. Because sign language interpreters are in high demand, we recommend submitting your request at least three days ahead, or preferably two weeks in advance, when possible.
